1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relation between you (the Client) and our engineering pod.

2. 28-Day Sprint & Scope Lock

• [SCOPE_AGREEMENT] A definitive Scope Document must be signed during Week 1 to initialise the sprint.
• [MILITANT_LOCK] Once signed, we do not accept pivots or mid-build mechanical changes. This preserves the launch date.
• [HALT_PROTOCOL] Any request to alter the locked scope halts the current sprint. A new roadmap is then required.

3. Financial Terms

• Fixed Pricing: Strict flat-rate model. No surprises. No hourly overages.
• Milestones: Initial deployment commences only after the deposit is secured. Final handover follows final payment verification.

4. IP Handover Protocol

Upon Day 28 deployment and full payment, 100% of the Intellectual Property—source code, server architecture, and developer accounts—transfers entirely to your company. Total technical sovereignty.

5. Warranties & Support

• Critical Bug Resolution: Post-launch warranty covers system crashes within original scope bounds.
• Exclusions: Does not cover third-party API changes or external server outages outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia.
