LEGAL PROTOCOL

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business information. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details provided via our contact forms.
  • Project Data: Ideas, technical requirements, budgets, and business logic shared during discovery calls and the Week 1 scoping phase.
  • Analytics: Standard website usage data (cookies, IP addresses, browser types) to optimise our digital presence.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To evaluate your project requirements and determine if you are a fit for our 28-day sprint.
  • To communicate with you regarding your build, timelines, and post-launch support.
  • To process payments and manage billing.

4. The AI Security Sandbox & Your IP

We utilise AI-augmented engineering tools to accelerate development. However, we employ strict zero-data-retention environments. Your proprietary concepts, business logic, and source code are never pasted into public AI models, nor are they used to train third-party systems.

5. Data Storage and Security

All client data and active codebases are stored on secure, local infrastructure (e.g., AWS Sydney or Azure Australia). We can locate this to any region however if requested. We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your information.

6. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business information to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, AWS for hosting) necessary to deliver our services, all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and ask that it be corrected or deleted.

8. Contact Us
