Our focus is validation and monetization. Your Version 1.0 must do one thing flawlessly. Here are the technical parameters of a rapid MVP payload.
The payload typically includes one to two distinct user roles (e.g., Buyer vs. Seller). No monolithic multi-tenant dashboards.
Version 1.0 focuses on the primary objectives and business requirements.
Standard integration with modern, industry-standard APIs (Stripe, Firebase, Google Maps). Legacy database connections are excluded.
For mobile apps, native access to core phone hardware (GPS, Camera, Microphone). Complex integrations are generally excluded.

To guarantee a 28-day launch, we strictly exclude monolithic enterprise features that require deep, multi-month engineering cycles.
Monolithic B2B portals require extensive custom permission sets and data-siloing logic incompatible with speed.
Connecting to undocumented or 20-year-old architectures is a high-risk timeline killer requiring bespoke adapters. Large scale legacy data conversions are excluded too.
Having Android/iOS apps AND a web version AND an admin platform AND a public sales website etc. These are all different projects.
Intricate 3D gaming-tier character animations require dedicated creative pipelines incompatible with lean builds.
THE AGREEMENT

We architect and deploy at lightspeed, but our 28-day velocity requires active client participation and decisive sign-offs.
We require you to be highly available for sign-offs. If feedback is delayed beyond 24 hours, the launch date shifts accordingly.
The signed Scope Document is final. We do not accept pivots mid-build. Any shifts can be added post the initial MVP build.
You provide the business vision; we provide the architectural authority. Trusting the system is key to the 28-day sprint.
